I believe that Adams has recreated an entirely new tracklist for the new release, as the lead single has been changed and was not found on the previous tracklist that I received. Like many others, I have been waiting for this album and was lucky enough to receive a folder from Adams himself through direct message on Twitter, consisting of the digital files of the songs of the previous, almost complete album. Following the pre-order two weeks later the album is scheduled to make its full release on March 24. Following the single’s release the album will be on ITunes set for pre-order March 10, including five songs for immediate download after pre-purchasing the product. This single will replace the previous single Remember, which was released Dec 3. Those details included that Friday, March 4, the first single off the album will be released, holding the album’s title name in common, Long Way. With that being so, last Sunday, Adams tweeted and instagrammed details regarding the new release date for the album.
Unfortunately, The Long Way album was delayed on the day of its release for reasons unknown, and has since left fans in disappointment, wondering if the album would ever see the light of day. Last December, Adams’s album was set for a Christmas Eve release, leaving all his fans eagerly waiting for their gift to cap off the year of 2015. Finally, Sammy Adams’s highly anticipated album, The Long Way, is set to release this March.
